This page covers smokestack.tech, the public marketing site. Data handling for the platform itself is governed by the agreement we sign with each operator.
The short version
This site does not run advertising trackers, does not set marketing cookies, and does not sell or share personal information. Fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page does not send a request to a third-party font provider.
Information you send us
If you email us — including through the demo request link — we receive whatever you choose to put in that message, such as your name, business, and contact details. We use it to respond to you and to evaluate fit for the design partner program. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Server logs
The site is served as static files from our own infrastructure. Standard web server logs may record request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and requested path, which is used for operating and securing the service.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing or prospective relationship. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
