Platform

Know every customer. Reward the regulars.

Two jobs, one profile. Smokestack keeps customer records, ID results, and visit history together, and runs points and deals off the same record your cashier opens at checkout.

  • One record per customer

Contact details, adult-use or medical status, ID results, visits, and purchase history sit on one profile a cashier can open mid-sale.

  • Loyalty that runs at the register

Customers earn on every sale at the rate you set and redeem in checkout, with the balance in front of the cashier.

  • Deals aimed where you want them

Schedule promotions by day and time, then target them by category, product, brand, customer type, or customer group.

Exclusions that protect margin

Hold chosen categories, products, and customer groups out of earning or redemption.

Scheduled deals

Percent off, amount off, fixed price, and buy-one-get-one, with day-of-week and time-of-day windows in your store's time.
