Product scope

What the current product covers.

The core workflows included in the New Mexico design-partner program.

Resilience

Offline cash sales

Cash sales and drawer activity can continue during a connection outage. Card payments require a connection, and any conflicts go to a manager for review after reconnect.

Compliance

New Mexico purchase limits

Purchase limits and required customer information are checked during checkout, with the result retained on the sale.

Audit

Tamper-evident records

Sales, refunds, overrides, and inventory changes retain who acted, what changed, and when.

Access

Operator and location controls

Access is limited by operator, location, role, and permitted action across the platform.

Tender records

Sales and cash reconciliation

Sales, cash activity, cash refunds, store credit, and gift cards retain the records needed for reconciliation.

Inventory

Package-level inventory history

Receiving, transfers, holds, adjustments, sales, and refunds preserve package-level history. Inventory changes require a connection.

State reporting

New Mexico BioTrack reporting

Submission status is visible so operators can identify accepted, pending, and failed reporting work.

Availability

Design partner access

SMOKESTACK is onboarding a limited number of retailers before general availability.
